Booking and payment of Tour


All prices on our website are in Thai Baht (THB) 

We offer the following payment methods prior to arrival:

 

1. Bank transfer to out Thai account.

       – We will send account bank details via email or WhatsApp or Line

2. Credit Card/Debit Card :  VISA, MasterCard, JCB.

       – We will send payment link via email


Terms & Conditions


Cancellation Policy

  • One-Day Tour Program:
    • Cancel at least 3 days before departure: Full refund 
    • Cancel at least 2 days before departure: 50% refund
    • Cancel less than 1 days before departure: No refund

  • In the event of cancellation due to high waves preventing boat departure or a travel suspension announced by the port authority:
    • Customers may reschedule their travel date or modify the tour program. Please note that additional charges or adjustments to the tour fee may apply 
    • If the customer wishes to cancel the trip, we will provide a full refund of the tour fee. 

  • For Tour Packages (Including Accommodation, Show Tickets, Attraction Tickets, and Charter Boats):
    • Cancel at least 7 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee on the deposit
    • Cancel less than 3 days before departure: No refund on the booking fee
  • For Airport Transfer and Taxi Service
    • Cancellation can be made at last 24 hours prior to the scheduled travel time for a full refund , processed through the same payment method used for the original booking . 

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled travel time are non-refundable 

Change Policy

  • You can change your tour details (such as the date or pick-up location) free of charge by emailing us the day before your tour at least 1 days, and we’ll send you an updated tour voucher.

No Show

  • If you miss your pick-up or don’t show up for the tour for any reason, no refund will be given. If you have travel insurance, you can file a claim with them.
  • If you choose to get to the tour on your own and miss the start time, no refund will be given.
  • If the tour operator misses your pick-up, you must call our hotline (the number +66 929408654 is on the tour voucher) 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. If you don’t, and the operator claims they were there, no refund will be given.

Claims

  • If you have any issues with your tour, please email us within 10 days after the tour date.
  • If something goes wrong during the tour, report it immediately by calling our hotline or asking the tour guide to do so.
  • Refunds will only be given if the tour operator agrees and the issue is verified. Refunds will be processed the same way you paid.

Tour Voucher

  • After booking, you’ll receive your tour voucher by email within 24 hours, It’s your responsibility to check that you received it and contact us if not.

Pregnant Women

  • Pregnant women cannot join speedboat tours, longtail boat tours, catamaran tours, ATV tours, elephant tours, white water rafting, or Hanuman World activities. No refund will be given if access is denied due to pregnancy.

Children and Elderly

  • Children under 1 year old and people over 70 years old are not allowed on speedboat tours, longtail boat tours, or catamaran tours. No refund will be given if access is denied due to age.
  • Children who join for free won’t have their own seat on the transfer bus or during the tour.

Tour Operator's Disclaimer

  • The tour program may change due to weather or sea conditions. No compensation will be provided in such cases.

Tour Agent's Disclaimer

  • Phuket Tour and Travel works with designated tour operators. If a tour is fully booked, we may book with a similar operator, and the program may differ slightly.
